How children are grouped, and how to find out where yours would fit.
Ask us about your child's age group
Group names and the ages in each one change from term to term as children move up, so publishing a fixed table here would mean showing you something out of date. Call or message us with your child's date of birth and we will tell you immediately which group they would join and whether there is a place.
How grouping works
Children are placed by age and by stage, not by age alone. A child who has just turned three and a child who is nearly four need different things, and a child settling in for the first time needs something different again.
A day here
What a day is built around
Exact timings are confirmed when you visit, because they shift a little by age group. The shape of the day does not.

Arriving
A settled start. Children are welcomed by name, hang up their things, and choose something to do while everyone arrives.

Focused learning
Short, purposeful sessions in English and Arabic — letters and sounds, numbers, stories and talk — in small groups.
- 03
Play that does the work
Open-ended materials, building, sand and water, drawing and making. This is where most early learning actually happens.

Moving and outdoors
Physical play, football, and time with the plants children have put in the ground themselves.
- 05
Together time
Stories, songs and Quran reading — the calm part of the day, and the part children most often talk about at home.

Home time
A hand-over that tells you something real about the day, not just that it was fine.
